Information We Process
Fourth Rein processes organization account information, authorized-user information, authentication and security data, customer/contact data entered by organizations, project details, artwork and uploaded files, approvals, rosters, production records, shipping information, support requests, and technical logs.
How We Use Information
Information is used to provide the service, authenticate users, isolate organization workspaces, deliver customer and internal communications, store files, support production workflows, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, maintain audit history, and improve Fourth Rein.
Service Providers
Fourth Rein may use infrastructure and service providers for hosting, database/authentication, file storage, transactional email, monitoring, and related operations. Providers are given access only as reasonably necessary for their role.
Organization Customer Data
Organizations determine what customer and project information they enter into Fourth Rein and generally act as the business responsible for their customer relationship. Fourth Rein processes that information to provide the organization’s workspace and customer portal.
Retention
Records may be retained while an organization account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, backup, legal, dispute, and recovery purposes, subject to the Data Retention & Deletion Policy.
Security
Fourth Rein uses access controls, tenant isolation, authentication, private file storage, audit logging, and other safeguards. Security practices continue to evolve as the service matures.
Your Choices
Organizations may manage authorized users, customer-visible content, notification preferences, exports, archive/restore functions, and applicable deletion requests within the product or through support.
Contact
Privacy questions and requests should be sent through Fourth Rein’s Contact / Legal page.
