These Terms govern an organization’s access to and use of Fourth Rein. By creating or using an organization workspace, the organization and its authorized users agree to these Terms.
2. Organization Accounts
The organization is responsible for its authorized users, account security, permissions, and the accuracy of information stored in its workspace. Fourth Rein may require stronger authentication for privileged roles.
3. Customer and Project Data
As between Fourth Rein and the organization, the organization retains ownership of its customer, project, artwork, roster, production, and business data. The organization grants Fourth Rein the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, back up, and otherwise handle that data to provide and secure the service.
4. Acceptable Use
The organization may not use Fourth Rein for unlawful activity, infringement, abuse, malware distribution, unauthorized access, or content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Uploaded Content and Permissions
The organization is responsible for ensuring that it and its customers have the rights and permissions necessary for content uploaded to Fourth Rein. Fourth Rein does not independently verify ownership of every uploaded file.
6. Service Changes and Availability
Fourth Rein may improve, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve organization data and provide notice of material service changes when practical.
7. Fees and Plans
Paid plans, usage limits, renewal terms, and applicable fees are governed by the organization’s selected plan or order terms. Failure to pay may result in limitations or suspension after applicable notice.
8. Suspension and Termination
Fourth Rein may suspend access to protect the platform, comply with law, respond to abuse, or address material violations. Organization data export and retention remain subject to the applicable plan and Data Retention & Deletion Policy.
9. Security
Fourth Rein uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Organizations must promptly report suspected compromise.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Fourth Rein does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free and does not guarantee manufacturing, decoration, shipping, or customer outcomes recorded through the platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fourth Rein will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Final liability language and any monetary cap should be reviewed by qualified counsel before commercial launch.
